Eligibility Requirements:
The Empower Programme is open to early-career professionals in the real estate industry who are committed to professional growth. We especially welcome individuals from underrepresented or disadvantaged backgrounds, including:
Current students or recent graduates (within 3 years) pursuing a career in real estate.
Early-career professionals with less than 3 years of experience in the real estate sector.
Individuals from minority, working-class, or first-generation backgrounds.
